saved printer settings in excel

I have 2 printers that are alike and I want to be able to change printers
back and forth from time to time without losing my saved printer settings.
Is this possible?

Notice that if you click File, Print, and switch printers in the list, the
Cancel button for the dialog box changes to "Close". Record a macro as you
select each printer and click Close. Now, attach each macro to a custom
button on the toolbar. The only thing I don't know is whether the macro will
pick up printer settings which may be "non-generic" - particular to each
specific printer, in other words. You'll have to experiment to find out.

What brand & model of printer? I have an idea that's got a 10% chance of
working. If it does, I want a case of Heineken delivered. :)

One more question: Is the tray source a choice you use for ALL printing from
Windows, or just from Excel & certain sheets?
