Saved Searches Issue

The one thing I always have to do everytime I run Outlook is open the
'Advanced Find' and set the folders to search, change 'Subject Only' to
'Subject and Messages' and add the 'To' field in the results list
window. The saved searches features(saving to a .OSS file) make this
much easier on me except for one thing, when you open this file, it
also runs the search too. This is a problem because I usually can't
stop the search for a period to time and have to wait until I can
actually press the 'Stop' button.

Is there anyway to save a search, open it and not have it automatically
run?
