Saved Workbook and the Whole workbook is now Protected

I did a save as in excel with a workbook. I highlighted
the pages of the workbook and did save as. When I went
back into the workbook to do my work, the whole workbook
has a protection on and nothing can be changed. You can't
select unprotect workbook from the tools menu either.
Was it the way I saved the workbook to cause some kind of
automatic protection on the workbook??

When we do SaveAs the box has an Options button which gives access to
"Password to Modify". Perhaps you accidentally put something there
