Hi everyone, I'm new to PP and need to make the presentation available to
those who may not or do not have Power Point on their system...how do I save
it to make it available to the general population?

Hi Linda C,
You can convert your presentation into .exe. Check this out:

Hi Linda,
If you're using Powerpoint 2003, just use File, Package for CD. This will
also give you the option to package the Powerpoint Viewers, as well as
embedding True Type Fonts. If you're distributing more than one PPT you can
even select how the presentations will play. Downloading a security
certificate will also allow you to password your work. Hope this is of
value.
