Saving a sound file from a Powerpoint presentation

I received a Powerpoint presentation that has a sound file in it that I want
to save. Is this possible?

Easiest way to do is to open presentation and SAVE AS and choose save for
web. This creates a folder of all resources used in the presentation -
including the audio files.
