Saving a workbook as -1 under certain criteria

I have a PO workbook that has a column for Qty Ordered,Qty received and
Qty Back-Ordered. I need the book to create a copy of it self and
append the file name with a -1 or -2 posibly up to -5 if any of the
material in the backorder column show a Qty.

I would also like the book to update the Qty Ordered column with the
Qty that was backordered when it creates the new book.

Any Ideas? :confused:
