Saving a workbook

When renaming a workbook, and then make changes to that
sheet and then go to save those changes this message
appears: The file.... may have been changed by another
user since you last used it. What do you want to do, Save
a copy or overwrite changes. But nobody else has made a
change apart from that user.

Any ideas?
