Saving a Worksheet

Is it possible to just save a specific worksheet from a work book, and not
the whole workbook. Is it possible to record a Macro for this? thank you.

Yes, right-click the sheet tab, select Move or Copy from the menu, pick (new
book) from the To book list, and check Create a copy. OK then save the new
workbook.
