1. How do I save a article (in a text box with overflow to a 2nd text box)
for a future publication? I know I can "move the articel off the page, but I
want to save it.

2. How can you make clip art a part of the text box? Whenever I move a
article around within ny newsletter, I have to move the clipart separately.
Can I make it "all in one"?

Create a new text box, place your cursor in the first text box, click the link text
box icon (looks like a chain link) the cursor will change into a bucket, click the
second text box, the overflow will go into the second text box.
Group the clipart with the text box. Select the text box and the image while holding
the shift key, click the group icon on the bottom of the group.

You can also save those objects to your Design Gallery. After creating your
object, select it, then click on Insert > Design Gallery Object, go to My
Objects tab and then add your object to the gallery.
