Saving all e-mail, contacts, calander appointments....

I have Outlook 2007. I am wanting to basically reformat my Harddrive, for
varoius reasons, but I would like to be able to save all of my info from
Outlook. I see there is an archive button, but unfortunately it does not
make too much sense to me. It seems to ask what I want to archive...Personal
folders, MSN folder... Do I have to archive everthing seperately? Is there
somewhere where I would click archive everything?
