I have a user on Outlook 2003, and when he gets an attachment, he opens the message and then drags the attachment to a folder on his desktop. Within this folder, the same file exists, and he wants to replace it with the newer version. When he drops the new file in, the message that asks if you want to replace the existing file pops up behind the open message window. We can change the focus and bring it to the front, and if we open the folder and then drag it in, it is fine. It is also okay if done from the preview pane, which this user does not user. However, I need to find out why it is popping up behind the open message window. I can reproduce this on other computer, so it is not a personal setting.
