Hi,
I´ve saved a baseline for my project right before it started.
When I was half way thru the execution I realized that the project was
delayed.
My decision was to cut a task that I´m my opinion wouldn´t compromise the
quality of the project. That way I was able to finish it within my deadline.
After I deleted the task, I wanted to save a new baseline for comparison. No
problems there.
I change the earned value calculation to my new baseline and then I went to
see my new BCWP and BCWS values.
It appers to add the values from my first baseline to the data I had inputed
in my real cost column. My BC value still the same one from my first baseline.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Daniel
