Saving CSS file

Everytime I try to save a CSS file, frontpage 2000
closes. It's on a brand new computer running XP. Help!

Hi Jessica,

Sorry but this is a known issue with FP. Use either notepad or something
like topstyle (www.bradsoft.com) to edit your CSS files.

A known issue and it hasn't been fixed ... she's using FP2000! Ridiculous!!
They should put a sticker on the box warning about this!!

Before I found out about Topstyle, I was editing my css directly in FP2000
and I never had this problem. It must be related to something in the
configuration. I agree with Eleanor, though. If it's been a known bug for
four years, why haven't they fixed it yet?

Anyway, Jessica, get Topstyle. Put out a few bucks and get the Pro version.
It's a great timesaver. It makes editing css as easy as anything.

It is only an issue for FP2000 users running under Windows XP that use CSS.
FP2002/FP2003 doesn't have this issue.
