Saving Drafts

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

In the 08 Entourage I see a folder marked "Drafts" but I don't see how one actually saves a draft into that folder. In the previous version, there was a nice little button on the toolbar called "save as draft", but that has disappeared. Can someone assist me please?
Thanks in advance,
BR

You can use the File>Save command, or you can customise the toolbar to
restore the button. To do that, ctrl-/right-click the toolbar, choose
Customize Toolbar and drag the Save button to the toolbar.

Thank you both very much. The command-save works but, oddly, I don't see a "save" button that I can drag to the toolbar when I control/click the toolbar. I'm on a laptop, no right-clicking - could that be the problem?

Entourage 2008 now offers Customize Toolbar under View in the Menu bar.

no difference between control-click and a right-click.
