saving e-mail as word documents in outlook 2003

i am familiar w/outlook 2000 but have changed to 2003. how do you save
incoming mail as word document files? the option does not appear in the "file
type" box.

Do you read your mail with Word as the mail editor? Is your Word version
the same as the Outlook version?
