I doubt a floppy would have enough space in it for your entire folder tree,
but there'w a good chance a CD would.
Stop Outlook. Locate your PST (it's usually in a hidden folder, so you may
have to enable hidden files and folders to see it). Copy it to the CD. All
done.
If you want to reference it again, copy it back to the hard drive, remove
the read-only attribute and then, in Outlook, click File>Open>Outlook Data
File (or Personal Folders File, depending on version), browse to the PST,
select it, and click OK.
