Saving Excel as Text (Tab delmited)

I try to save a file with text and I get the following message: file.xtx may
contain features that are not campatible with Text (Tab delimited). Do you
want to keep the workbook in this format? To keep this format, which leaves
out any incompatible features, click Yes. Below is my test sample:

(e-mail address removed) Tim Smith Founder XYZ
(e-mail address removed) Jeff Smith President XYYZD

I have the deleted the other work sheets in the workbook.
