Saving Excel, Word and Powerpoint files

When i am in excel, word or PP i can open old and new documents. However it
will not let me "save as". The laptop simply freezes and task manager tells
me program is not responding. It will let me ammend exisiting files on my
laptop and save them by clicking on the "save" icon no problem. It will just
not let me "save as". Can anyone let me know if this is a known issue and how
i might resolve it. Fill system scan has found zero problems on the laptop.

Two things to try:
1. Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows
desktop, left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect
any mapped drives that are not currently available.
