Saving files from 1 floppy disc to another

Have some files on microsoft word on a floppy disc and want to save them on
another disc. When I did this I got a message that I needed permissionto do
this. As I am the only one using this computer how do I get the permission
to do this?

Are you able to open the files?
A floppy is not the most robust of media to store files, a cd is better

1. Not an Office issue.

2. Copy the files from the old floppy to your hard drive. Copy the files
from your hard drive to the new floppy.
