Saving files

I am having trouble with a couple of users in my company not being able to save files

This is not just with word but with Excel also

Looking down the list of other problems in this section it is already raised by someone but in different circumstances

Error: The Disk is full trying to write to drive C::. Free some space... blah blah... there is plenty of space, tried saving on share drive, same prob. Copied and pasted to my own machine, still cant save it

Any suggestions?
