saving filter/sort to disk

I have a BE/FE environment where I'm replacing the FE database every few days
for my users, who are running Access Runtime. They are asking for the ability
to save a set of filters & sorts for a particular form. The idea would be
that they could save these settings off to disk so that they could still
apply them when the FE database gets replaced.

Filter by Form & Advanced Filter/Sort don't seem to provide this
functionality. Anyone ever here of a plug-in or some way to do this?

You would need to save the Filter and OrderBy properties of each form for
each user into a table in the back end in the UnLoad event of the form, and
apply in Open event of the form.
