Saving "Final" copy of file still shows all changes upon opening l

This file has been revised by different parties and track changes has been
enabled. However, when I click Final version and all the changes disappear
and are accepted and save it. The next time I open it or if I send it to
someone, all the comments are shown.

Changing the view to Final does not accept the changes. If you switch back
to Final Showing Markup, you'll still see them. You must click the arrow
beside the Accept Change button and select Accept All Changes in Document.
