TML, yes; use worksheet protection.
First, select the cells you want people to be able to edit. Right-click them
and select Format Cells > Protection; uncheck Locked, then OK.
Now protect the worksheet. Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet.
Users will be able to navigate and edit the cells you don't protect, but
won't be able to edit protected cells (which should be the ones with your
formulas in them).
