When saving downloaded .jpg and/or .gif images, Office Outlook 2003 will
only save as Bitmap. After clicking Save as, the file down arrow provides
no other options. Outlook opens the picture i n .jpg and/or .gif but will
only save as Bitmap. I am using Irfanview as imaging software, running
Windows XP Home, SP2 with 15+ Gigs of free disc space. This is not a
problem with Outlook Express. Can someone advise me as to correcting this
problem.
