Saving in Frontpage 2003

We have an issue whereas Frontpage 2003 does not seem to save when logged in
as a restricted user, ie. does not have access to the SystemDrive.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens and how to solve it?

By defintiion, a user that does not have write access to the drive that
filesare to be saved on, cannot save files on that drive.

It is not allowing it to save at all goto file:save as and it gives an error
stating unable to save.

No this is not the correct behaviour.
Surely I should be able to save a file from within Frontpage??

It will not allow me to save at all, we do not have this problems with any
other software.
