Saving Microsoft Outlook to disc or CD.

How do I save the information that is in folders under the main heading of
Personal Folders to a ZIP disc or CD? I have tried to highlight a folder, but
the "Save As" function is not available.

You can download and install Outlook Backup from the Office Web Site or use
File, Import/export, Export to a file on the menu to export the pst file
(personal folder file) to your hard drive and then copy to disk.

Close Outlook and copy your PST to the zip disk or CD.
