Saving Multiple Emails

What is the best way to back up your acrhived emails. I would like to save
them in my documents so they would be included in my normal back up, I can
save one at a time but not multiples. If I can't do that how do I save the
acrhive folders to an external drive?

Simplest method is to use the free outlook backup addin available on MS
Outlook site
