Anyone can tell me is there a way to save multiple messages as in "Save
As..." to msg format, like a whole "folder" at one time?

We have 1000's of emails in a pst that need saved to disk.

Can I ask what is the purpose of this? (The way it's done may depend on how
the data is going to be used...)

Goal is to eradicate a giant set of psts (almost 4GB) which are causing
memory problems during archiving. I want to get the emails saved to disk as
msg files and then placed in archives on a server along with all other file
types by project (we do land survey so there are CAD files, PDFs, etc.

I know I can select all the messages in a particular outlook folder and
drag and drop to a disk folder successfully.

Wondering if I can drag and drop whole outlook folders to a disk folder and
it will make a subfolder structure at the destination. When I tried, it just
made a "XNK" file ??

Why not just move them to a PST and then after Outlook is closed, copy the PST
to the server?
