Ron S.

I have several computer all running Office. I would like to be able to have
the data on a SD card so I can move the information from one computer to
another. Any suggestions.

Thanks

What "data"?

The file that outlook creates is in Documents and Setting\computer name\local
settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. What I would like
to be able to do is to change the path to my SD card reader on all my outlook
programs, so all I have to do is to move the SD card from one computer to
another and take the data (changes) with me on the SD card.

With Outlook closed, move the pst file to the card. When you re-open
Potlook, it will complain that it can't find the pst file. Just navigate to
the file on the card.
(Presumably the files on this card are NOT read-only?)
On the other machines, remeber NOT to move the pst file to the card as you
will overwrite the original!

Potlook? A freudian slip!
Note: this is NOT supported by Microsoft. Make sure you have frequent good
backups of your pst file.

It's not "computer name" but "user name" and would change to whomever
logged on to the PC.
