It would be nice to save old emails more conviently. For example, instead of
having to save every individual email as a .txt, it would be nice to save an
entire folder of emails while keeping it in the same format. Like, let's say
I want to save my entire Inbox and all of it subfolders. I would go to File
and Save Folder and I could save it on external media or my hard drive, take
it to another computer, open it with Outlook there, and view the same as if I
were at home. Or, I could go to the directory where I saved it, open the
subfolder there, select an individual message, and it would open for me to
read. This would be great for backing up important emails as well.
