Saving Outlook E-Mail Attachment

You can browse but it will not let you change folders.
You can see all the available folders when you browse but
you cannot get to them. Has anyone seen this problem
before?

This doesn't make much sense to me as browsing is walking through the
folders.
Also you forgot to mention your version of Outlook

Yes you browse you can see the folders but cannot change
to them. I am using Outlook version 2002 with sp3.
