Saving Outlook folders in the C drive?

close Outlook - find the .pst file and move it to My Documents (.pst file contains ALL of your Outlook data). When you open Outlook again and it complains, point it to the new location.

Will every folder be available like an individual folder in my documents,
attachments like separate files, etc......? so I can see each e-mail like a
text doc. and the attachements like items ebeded to the text file which I
could open with excel or powerpoint, etc...

Your .pst file is your Outlook data. I don't understand what you are asking.

Attachments, individual folders, emails are all contained in the pst file. You need Outlook installed and the pst file in there to be able to view all of the latter
PST files cannot be viewed outside of Outlook

Sorry,

Let me clarify my question...

I have many folders in my outlook, with e-mails, attachments, etc...

Let's say I have a folder called "Business".

I want to drag and drop the foder "Business" to my Hard drive to My
documents. I would like to read the e-mails in the folder with a Text
editor type program like Word.
