Saving Page Setup

I often need to create a custom pagesetup for preprinted
letterhead. I need to change the top margin and paper
source each time I want to create a letterhead document.
Is there any way I can save it and call it letterhead so I
don't have to make those changes each time? Will i need to
create a template?
