saving power point presentation to CD-RW

as far as I know there is no way an application such as
powerpoint can save directly to the CD. you must use
another appliation such as a CD Burner application to burn
the file to the CD.

I'm trying to save a presentation I created onto a CD. I
get the message that the CD drive is not available to me
because the administrator hasn't made it an option. I'm to
see the administrator to change this. I have a home
computer, I'm the only person using it, I must be the
administrator I guess! How can I get my computer to let me
copy presentations onto a CD?
