Saving presentation on a CD but it cannot be changed or copied?

I would like to save a presentation that has linked sound files on a CD. I do
not want the user to be able to copy or change anything on the CD.

The user will not be able to change the files on the CD. but copying them
from the CD to a HD will allow changes to be made.
