saving reports

In my business, I have 8 clients. Each client will
submit, by fax, a list of names, that I will research
each day. I enter the names, dobs, ssns, etc. on a
form. I then print the info to a Report. The problem
is, that when I enter say 15 names for one client, and
print the report. When I enter the next client's report,
the previous clients names are on the report.

My problem is this: I want to store the names i run,
not necessarily for each client, but that would be nice
too! How do I save the data for each client, so I can
enter multiple names for each client, and each time print
a new report. At the same time I print the report to do
the work, I would like to be able to enter the results of
each client at the end of the day, and send these results
to them.

Would love some tips. I know ACCESS is difficult, but it
can't be impossible.
