Depending on your vendors capability your could try
creting a postscript (ps) or pdf file. What types of
files can your vendor handle?

You can install a postscript printer driver on your system
and setup to print to file intstead of a physical printer
port (LPT1 or network printer) HP and other vendors have
a number of printers that support postscript. Just
dowload the lastest printer driver and install it to print
to file.

You will need Adobe Acrobat(purchase) or one of other
purchased, freeware or shareware progams to create the pdf
file. Search the project newsgroups using the "pdf"
keyword for previous postings.

Hope this helps
