1. Make a back-up
2. Make another back-up
3. Open the database in Access 2003
4. From the menubar select Database Utilities | Convert Database and select
Access 97 format.
If there is anything in the Access 2003 database that was not available in
Access 97 it will not function AND will likely cause you issues.
