saving to web page

I have a spreadsheet that I have grouped into different subtotals using
the subtotals tool under tools. Is there a way to save this as an
excel webpage and give users the ability to expand and collapse the
groups in the same way that is available in the workbook?

My closest attempts thus far have resulted in the columns being hidden
in the webpage but not easily collapsed and expanded.
