Says I have the wrong product key when I install MS 2002 Office

I purchased Microsfot Office Pro. Ed. 2003 earlier this summer. I have
installed it, but when I go to use it I am asked to put in my name and the 25
digit product number. When I do, it says that the product number is invalid.
How do I get this corrected?
