Says set of folders couldn't be opened.

Error message when trying to use Office Outlook. (Professional 2003) Says it
cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Set of folders could not be opened.

Any suggestions?

The mail profile you have is pointing at a PST you can't open or there is a
problem with Exchnage, depending on your account type, which you didn't
mention.
