SBS 2000 Client Add Pack

Is there a way to get the password to unlock the Client Add Pack for a SBS
2000 if one has to reinstall the OS if so can some one please help as my
organisation could not pay the support to get a new password from support.

Is this an Access question? Are you using Microsoft Access (the database
application)?
