Environment is SBS 2003 with Outlook.
Company of 5 people were migrated from 'regular' Outlook
2003 on a Windows 2000 Server to the Corporate Outlook on
SBS 2003 (Server 2000 to SBS 2003 upgrade).
Migration went without incident.
However, fine-tuning the features and their use is not
going well.
The major issue they are having is with Calendars and
Task List/Todos.
Now, both to keep this short, and get as much input as
possible, I won't detail the problems, but ask 'How can...'
We would like to have any user enter a calendar item or
task list/todo and have anyone or everyone that needs to
know about the entry notified with a pop-up alert. How
can we make this happen?
