Hi,
I have printer that isn't capable of printing closer than
a half inch from the top or bottom of a page. I have a
document prepared by someone else that has the header and
footer set to print 0.3" from the page edges. When I
print this document, the top of the header and the bottom
of the footer always get cut off. I can get the footer
and the header to print correctly if I set them to print
0.5" from the edges, but this increases the overall
document length by shifting content from one page to the
next. This isn't good because it is an official type
document where I have to be able refer to specific page
#'s.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way in Word to force this
document to scale itself to the printable area on my
printer while preserving page content and printing the
headers and footers?
Thanks,
Paul
