Scaling Down Size of Slide in Slideshow

Donnie

We use PowerPoint 2003. I share slideshows using Microsoft Live Meeting.
Unfortunately, with our setup, the slides in the slideshow are cut off. About
one inch on the top of the slide and one inch on the left side of the slide
is trimmed off. Slides that have elements over at the left side are usually
trimmed. Is there a way to run a slideshow at a reduced, scaled-down size?

Donnie,

Are you 'projecting' these presentations using an lcd projector ?

I'm guessing that it's a resolution mismatch problem.

make sure both the pc/laptop and projector are set to use the same
resolution
eg. 1024x768 pixels

cheers

Thanks for the suggestion. I am running PowerPoint on my computer, but using
the Live Meeting application to share the presentation with another group.
The other group is viewing my computer through a laptop that is connected to
a projector. I will try the resolution fix. I appreciate the post. Thanks!
