Scaling Fonts within a text box

I can't seem to find out how to scale the font within a text box I create as the size of the box changes. I want to tie a descriptive term to an object and group them. Then when the object is resized, the text font will change as well. I need this for stencils we use within the business. Any help would be appreciated.

Look at shapesheet.

You can set the font to a ratio of the shape width or height

If you are not familiar with the shape sheet. You need to start there. Via
the shape sheet you can make anything relational.

What section of the shape sheet defines the scaling of fonts? The text section covers the same info as under the format text command. Sorry, but I'm not familiar with the shape sheet. Thanks
