scan document, change text, and put back in original form

i want to scan a brochure with pictures, change some of the text, and get it
back to the original format. basically i just want to change the words on a
brochure and i cant figure it out

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) has little to do with databases,
especially MS-Access. You might try one of the documents newsgroups on
UseNet. You'll get a better chance at an answer to your question.
