Interesting. You may use Office document scanning to send it to word, and if
spaces and places between rows are conserved correctly, then you can simply
add your own text.
Scan as tiff image, then in Word, insert the image in the Header, and
place Behind text, Now put Text boxes in the document where you wish to
type text.
