Scanning in Office 2003 under terminal services.

How do I enable the "Insert/Picture/Scanners and Cameras"
menu option.. I have scanners installed that work with
other applications on the same server.
Even MSFT Document Scanning works on the same machine.
But Office 2003 Apps will never show the menu option
ungreyed.

Is there something in the ORK?
