Scanning stops at each page

Hi there! In advance, thanks for any help or suggestions possible.

I have been using Document Scanning for a couple of years without issue, but
once I installed Office SP3, each time I try to scan a multi page document
using the document feeder on my Brother MFC-6800, it now prompts me after
each page to 'Continue'.

Some troubleshooting steps that I have done:
- Installed Office 2007 - same issue exists
- Tried with Adobe 8 Pro - it scans multiple pages without any prompts
(ruling out the device driver)
- Enabled / Disabled "Prompt of additional pages" option in Document Scanning
- Enabled / Disabled "Use document feeder" option under Scanner options in
Document Scanning

Again, any help is much appreciated.

Hi Martin,

If you're using a WIA scanner driver, you may want to try using a TWAIN driver for it. MS Office Document Scanning has a fairly
short list of scanners and drivers versions it works with and sometimes it has problems telling the All-in-one scanner 'button'
support to activate. You may also want to check on the Brother website as well, or the scanning software that came with your
scanner and see if it has a 'send to' choice that allows you to pick Document Scanning as the receiving product.

Office 2003 SP3 did make some changes to the document compression it can use with TIFF files and cancelled the links to using TIF as
a default file type, but that usually doesn't impact the problem above.
